• 1 CNC Vertical Knee Mill with travel of X37" x Y16" x Z6"
• 1 Horizontal Pallet Pool Machining Center with 4 axis capability. Travel X20" x Y20" x Z20", with 6 pallet cells for 24/7 operation.
• 1 Turning Center with 8.3" chucking capability. Swing diameter 23", Z axis travel of 17". With Subspindle and radial and axial live tools. Bar feed for production runs.

We also have general surface finishing capabilities including:

• Grinding
• Bead blasting
• Tumbling
• Brush Graining
• D/A sanding

We use aerospace assembly techniques including:

• Riveting using automated pneumatic and mechanical (solid and blind rivets)
• semi-automatic heli-coil installation
• PEM insertion
• Hi-Lok installation
• threaded fastener installation
